    Interface WorkoutConversionInput

    Body for workouts.convertWorkout() / convertWorkoutForAthlete().

    Live probes (AUDIT.md, 2026-09-21) showed that a body carrying name, description, type and workout_doc converts, and that the earlier minimal body without workout_doc returns HTTP 500. The fields were not probed one at a time, so all four are required here as a conservative contract. Any other Workout field may be included.
